1. Séquençage ou génotypage par puce SNP d’échantillons provenant :

• d’individus pour des études de diversité génétique dans une espèce domestique ou son apparentée sauvage,
• d’individus porteurs de phénotypes rares ou d’intérêt biomédical, dans le but de faciliter l’identification de la mutation causale, l’étude pourra porter sur des tissus conservés en bloc de paraffine

2. Analyses fonctionnelles par séquences ARN pour améliorer l’annotation du génome dans une espèce domestique non modèle

3. Analyses biochimiques ou protéomiques de tissus ou fluides biologiques permettant de contribuer au phénotypage d’individus ayant des échantillons conservés
